1. Who we are

RebrandicOne is a product of Rebrandic, based in Surat, Gujarat, India. When this policy says "we", "us" or "our", it means Rebrandic. When it says "you" or "your", it means you — the person using RebrandicOne.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways — what you give us directly, and what we collect automatically.

What you give us directly:

• Your email address when you join the early access waitlist
• Your business name, industry and brand preferences when you generate a brand
• Your name and payment details when you subscribe to a paid plan (payment is processed by a third-party provider — we never store your full card details)
• Any messages you send us via email or support

What we collect automatically:

• Basic usage data — which features you use, how often, and how long sessions last
• Device and browser information — type, operating system, screen size
• IP address and approximate location (country / city level only)
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7)

3. How we use your information

We use your information only for the following purposes:

• To generate your brand assets and deliver them to you
• To send you product updates, launch notifications and account emails (you can unsubscribe at any time)
• To process payments and manage your subscription
• To improve RebrandicOne — understanding how people use the product helps us build a better one
• To respond to your support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not build advertising profiles. We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Your brand assets

Everything you generate using RebrandicOne — logos, websites, resumes, pitch decks, social assets — belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over content you create using our platform.

We may store your generated assets on our servers to power features like the Brand Manager dashboard and asset re-download. You can request deletion of your assets at any time by emailing info@rebrandic.com.

We may use anonymised, aggregated examples of generated brands (with all identifying information removed) for internal quality improvement and marketing purposes — for example, showing sample brand outputs on our website. We will never display your specific brand assets publicly without your explicit permission.

5. Who we share data with

We share your data with a small number of trusted third-party services that help us operate RebrandicOne:

• AI providers — to generate your brand assets (inputs are processed and not stored for training without your consent)
• Payment processors — to handle subscription billing securely
• Cloud hosting providers — to store your data and serve the product
• Email delivery services — to send you transactional and product emails
• Analytics tools — to understand aggregate usage patterns (no personal profiles)

All third-party providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to us, not for their own purposes.

6. Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required by law to retain it longer (for example, payment records for tax purposes).

Waitlist email addresses are retained until the product launches or until you unsubscribe, whichever comes first.

7. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies to make RebrandicOne work properly:

• Essential cookies — required for login sessions and security. You cannot opt out of these and still use the product.
• Analytics cookies — help us understand how the product is used in aggregate. You can opt out via your browser settings or a cookie preference tool.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to correct inaccurate data
• Deletion — ask us to delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Portability — receive your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to certain types of processing
• Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time

9. Data security

We take security seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. We use industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorised access, disclosure or loss. 10. Children

RebrandicOne is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a child, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email. Your continued use of RebrandicOne after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
